Terms for publishing and boosting Shouts.

1. The service

Shout Out! displays eligible messages on a permanent leaderboard. Each Shout's effective total equals captured payments minus refunds and chargebacks. Higher totals rank higher. Ties favor the Shout whose total last changed earlier, followed by its stable identifier.

2. No fixed position

Other users may add bids at any time. A payment does not guarantee a fixed rank, duration, number of views, impressions, clicks, or any business result. Ranking is paid placement and is not our endorsement.

3. Your submission

You must have the right to submit the content and link. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, and display the Shout for operating and promoting the service. You may not imply that an @mentioned person or organization authored or approved the message.

4. Moderation

Automated review may make mistakes. We may reject or remove content to enforce the Rules, comply with law, protect users, or maintain the service. Approval before payment does not prevent later removal.

5. Payments and reversals

Checkout will disclose the provider and final amount. Successful payment confirmation through the provider webhook is required before a total changes. Refunds and chargebacks reduce the effective total and may remove a Shout from the public board when its total reaches zero.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Shout Out! is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or third-party links.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version accepted at checkout is recorded with the related Shout.
