Data used to operate Shout Out! safely.

Data we collect

We store submitted Shout text, optional URLs, moderation decisions, payment and refund records, policy acceptance records, and operational timestamps. Contact requests include the email address and message you provide.

Security and abuse prevention

Cloudflare processes network and security data needed to deliver the site, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, and operate Workers. We may store a one-way hash of the browser user-agent and a country code with policy acceptance. We do not require an account and do not publish the submitter's identity.

AI review

Shout text and the optional URL are sent to DeepSeek V4 Flash solely to classify safety risks before checkout. Thinking mode is disabled. Review results and a content hash may be retained for security and audit purposes.

Retention

Published Shouts and payment ledger records are retained while the permanent leaderboard operates and as required for financial, dispute, and legal obligations. Rejected content is not published; limited safety metadata may be retained to prevent abuse.

Your choices

Do not include personal information in a Shout. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, use the Contact page. Some payment and dispute records must be retained by law.
