What Shout Out! is

Shout Out! is a permanent, public leaderboard for short anonymous messages. A message may contain up to 280 characters and an optional external link. Its position is determined by cumulative successful payments, not followers, engagement, or a recommendation algorithm.

What it is not

Shout Out! does not verify identities behind @mentions and does not connect to X or other social networks. An @mention is part of the message only. Ranking is paid placement, not an endorsement.

How it stays open

Anyone can add a bid to any published Shout. Payments, refunds, and chargebacks are recorded as an immutable ledger so every effective total can be recalculated. Content is reviewed before checkout and may be removed later if it violates the Rules or law.
